Along with private cabins and user-friendly layouts, we offer accessible entry-and-exit areas, with accommodations such as leg rests, optimised laptops, and hearing devices. Our dedicated efforts revolve around crafting an environment that is secure and free from biases, where everyone is bestowed with equal opportunities. Embracing a women-centric approach, we endeavour to cultivate a conducive ecosystem for our women associates throughout every phase of their career journey.

To infuse the spirit of inclusion among all associates, we conduct numerous awareness workshops on pertinent topics like 'Unconscious Bias' on a regular basis. Our commitment extends to offering a Creche facility in partnership with Klay for our employees who have children. We not only provide paid maternity leave but also ensure that miscarriage and tubectomy leave are accessible to all our women associates.

Throughout every phase of their career journey, Cipla endeavours to cultivate a conducive ecosystem for our women associates. Policies such as POSH, Flexi-Field Day, Travel Support, and Childcare Support have been meticulously formulated to cultivate and celebrate diversity within our organisation.
