Walk2Fit Step Challenge

The most awaited wellness initiative, the Walk2Fit Step Challenge aims to foster consistent positive habits, focusing on long-lasting health improvements and sustainable lifestyle changes. The 7-month long journey sees Ciplaites taking steps, with their teams and family members, towards holistic wellbeing.

Everyone comes together and participates in the #FitnessBootcamp to ensure they are well-prepared and equipped for this invigorating challenge.

Mental Health Toolkit

Our conversations with our colleagues allowed us to understand the dilemmas they face at work, and as a result, create a unique solution for them through the mental health toolkit. Through activities and games, the employees understood:

  • The importance of mental health.
  • Signs of distress: approaching the counsellor versus managing them individually.
  • Their current standing on mental health.
  • Grounding techniques, relaxation methods, colour therapy, affirmations/power of gratitude, etc.
  • Benefits provided specifically for mental health by Cipla.

The 2.0 version, for our senior leadership team, helped them:

  • Understand their team’s mental health through a quick questionnaire, and come up with an action plan basis the scores.
  • Handle crisis situations.
  • Take care of their own mental health.

Financial Wellbeing

We are committed to promoting financial wellbeing among our colleagues, by helping them become financially prudent and plan their finances smartly. To align with this mission, we have introduced several initiatives:

MiEarnedSalary: Flexibility to withdraw earned salary for unplanned financial emergencies.

MiCareFund: A crowdfunding platform for financial support during medical emergencies within the Cipla network.

All Things Money (ATM): A repository of byte-sized videos for life-stage money management.

Expert Webinars: Insights from financial experts on topics like investing, wealth creation, taxation, and debt management.

Life Stage Webinars: Addressing key financial questions at different life stages, including retirement planning, housing decisions, campus-to-corporate transitions, and taxation.
